| Tony has participated in various committees of the Miami and Hialeah Chamber of Commerce over the years. He is a member of the Operation Pedro Pan Group, Inc., and is currently assisting in various capacities with The Hispanic Council for Reform and Educational Options (HCREO), an organization whose mission is to encourage Hispanic parents to become more involved in their children’s education. |

| Tony graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1971 and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed with the State of Florida and member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Tony also is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) accredited by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |

| Albert graduated from Florida International University in 1986 with a Bachelors in Business Administration and a major in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed with the State of Florida and member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Albert has also been admitted as a Certified Acceptance Agent by the Internal Revenue Service. |
